Woodway

A THOUGHTFUL REFRESH THAT GIVES NEW LIFE
TO WHAT WAS ALREADY THERE.

ETOBICOKE, ON · MAIN FLOOR RENOVATION · DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With great architectural bones already in place, the vision for Woodway was not to start over, but to thoughtfully refresh the home with a more modern and considered point of view.
The existing fireplace became a renewed focal point with updated stone, while the original built-in millwork was preserved and refreshed with a new painted finish. Throughout the main floor, new lighting, furniture, textiles, and carefully selected accents brought warmth, contrast, and a more contemporary character to the existing spaces.
The result is a home that feels completely renewed without losing what made it special in the first place—a layered, approachable interior that balances old and new.
