Chocolate Lofts

OPEN, AIRY LIVING WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SEPARATION.

TORONTO, ON · FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

Designed for a young couple in Toronto, this loft balances the openness they loved with the privacy and functionality they needed for everyday life.
The original layout was completely open, allowing natural light to travel throughout the home but offering little separation between spaces. We introduced streamlined glass partitions to create distinct rooms without sacrificing that sense of openness, maintaining sightlines and allowing light to continue flowing through the condo.
A timeless palette, thoughtful furnishings, and layered textures soften the loft’s architectural character, creating a home that feels warm, cohesive, and considered—while making the open-concept layout work harder for the way our clients live.
